He asked me beforehand to order the hinges myself, having recommended a good company to source them from, so the materials were ready for him when he arrived to start work. I was also required to dispose of the broken hinges myself, since I was able to do so. Clive is good company, pleasant to have around, and takes a genuine interest in his clients and their safety.
