Our engineers can also issue landlord Gas Safety Certificates ask about the Service and Landlord Certificate Package.

Boiler Installation
There are 3 main reasons homeowners replace boilers :-
- Lowering Bills with Energy Efficiency - Any new boiler is likely to be more energy efficient than your old one, upgrading can reduce your heating bills by using less fuel to provide the same amount of heat.
- Boiler Reliability and Age - A boiler tends to age between 10 and 15 years, they are more prone to errors and malfunction and ongoing repair costs along with the inconvenience of having no heat or hot water can mean its time to consider an upgrade.
- Boiler Breakdown - This is the one to avoid especially during the winter. It’s rare that parts are no longer available though it does happen or it could be that its just beyond economic repair ( some parts are pretty expensive and questionable if worth replacing on an aged boiler)
In all the above instance we are able to help. In 95% of cases we can provide a quote without having to visit within 3 working days with some basic information from yourself. In some instances if there is some additional consideration the gas engineer will visit to quote.
