1. Will we need to isolate the water to fix this leak and how easy is it to isolate this supply?
2. How accessible is the leak – for example a leak on a pipe hidden at the back of the bath will make for a difficult job with an innovative solution needed

Fixing a leak could be as simple as tightening a nut which would could take 15 minutes or less.
